Our goal is to provide you with a great learning experience but also to ensure that you have a great time and an amazing experience of Tasmania’s distilleries. It is important to consider looking at other distilleries while in Tasmania. We look forward to welcoming you.

ABOUT IBD & THE QUALIFICATION
It is important to note that the course does not include registration to do the GCD exam with IBD, nor will it give the qualification. The 5-day event is designed to improve your knowledge, skills and to help you prepare for the exam. It may also help you with technical challenges you may face in your distillery.
To register to do the exam (which takes place in May and November each year) you must visit www.ibd.org.uk and visit the training and distillation sections. The materials you receive are very valuable resources to refer to within your business.
If you have questions about IBD, this 5-day event or the online curriculum then please contact IBD secretary in Australia Rob Greenaway on 03 9439 3215.
Questions about the event, please call Anne Gigney on 0419431280. Otherwise please proceed to book.
